Magnesium and B6 Supplementation Improves Neurobehavioral Disorders in Children

Magnesium-B6 regimen led to improved Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Autism (PDD) symptoms with no adverse effects and improved social interactions, communication, stereotyped restricted behavior and abnormal/delayed functioning. Children were improved in the first three groups of symptoms. When the Mg-B6 treatment was stopped, PDD symtoms reappeared in a few weeks.
